FAQ

What do I need to know about resin art?

Once resin is cured it is very hard; it is the same material they use to cover bar tops. Please do not leave your art in hot sun for a number of hours. If you do and it gets soft, simply place it in your refrigerator for an hour and it will be fine. Our art can be used outside, just not in the hot sun.
If we are using glitter, we only use
Glitter Makes It! They have the best quality glitter. Yes, this is a shameless plug for a great company!

How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order is placed, we work diligently to create and ship it to you as soon as possible. Since our art works are handmade, not mass produced, we need time. Typically, your art will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we strive to get your beautiful art to you in a timely manner.

What are your payment options?

We accept various payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. You can use major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, as well as PayPal for secure transactions.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship international orders. It's possible we will in the future, so check back. If you live in the United States, we can deliver our stunning resin and wood art to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

At JB Coastal Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the fact that our art is created per order, we only accept returns for damaged pieces. In any other case, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
